(Ford Fiesta 2013, less than 40K miles on it) to this place end of June with a power issue (car losing power, especially on hills). They changed the clutch and charged me almost $3000. The problem was not solved. At the end of July, I brought it in again and they said there was a problem with the calipers and they needed to be changed. After I complained, they did not charge me for that, but charged to change the pads on the breaks. So, at this point I have spent almost $3600 and the problem hasn’t been solved. I brought the car back. They did not test the car when I said they had to in order to see the problem (in the morning, on a hill). So the car was on the shop for 2 or 3 weeks and nothing was done because they didn’t see the problem I was having. Since they didn’t know what the problem was, they had been waiting to hear from Ford. I needed the car, so I had to take it back. Today, driving on a hill in the morning, the car almost didn’t make it! I called them again and they say that they haven’t heard from Ford yet, so there is nothing they can do. It has been 4 months already and I can’t use the car properly! I don’t want to bring the car to another place and pay more to fix the car since I already paid for something that hasn’t solved the problem, so Ford needs to fix it somehow because I might have paid for something that didn’t even needed fixing! I am not sure what to do at this point. I don’t want to wait forever and keep being brushed off. Do you know your cars or not?? Where are the specialists? They have been waiting to hear from for Ford for more than 1 month now!
