The lead advisor Marcus is friendly, kind and honest - Excellent customer service. My car works great after picking my car up from your shop. It has been three years where I experienced a sound like metal to metal when I hit the gas and the brake, now it’s gone. When I back out of the parking lot, the screeching sounds I hear for years have disappeared. All the warning signs when I drive have been fixed that the Towne Ford Shop in Redwood City failed to repair. As a woman, it’s hard to get someone to take you seriously when dealing with car repairs, but Marcus gave me respect, went out of his way to introduce himself to me and shook my hand when I was about to pull out of the lot. Colma is out of my way as I live in the East Bay, but I will be bringing my car to your shop to get Marcus to assist me again. I will also be recommending your shop to people I know because I was treated right, and my car was correctly repaired. More
