We took our ford ranger to this dealership for some manufacture problem, something that should had taken a week took over a month. We have a big problem. The black Ford F-150 (that you guys called "the fancy truck") has been returned to us in worse condition than when it was delivered. The mileage in/out, is incorrect; 25 miles wer guys called "the fancy truck") has been returned to us in worse condition than when it was delivered. The mileage in/out, is incorrect; 25 miles were put on the truck. The passengers seat has been rearranged, the glove boxes are all scratched up (photos attached), and the seats were laid back. Being that the keys were missing for 2 days and found at someone's computer station, one can only surmise the vehicle was used as a personal vehicle to go take lunch breaks, joyride, etc. It is INCREDIBLY concerning that the keys were not properly tracked and returned. This is a huge liability as the vehicle is a work vehicle, full of tools and no one in the service dept. could account for the keys whereabouts and when the vehicle was used and by whom. Service workers had to be called at home to assist in the location of our keys upon pickup. - The touch screen on the dash no longer works - The climate controls are broken - The rattling in the engine is still there - The back up camera stays on when the vehicle is in park. Additionally, there is now trouble with the transmission and the vehicle jerks as though it is pulling a trailer when it reaches a complete stop. Further, you did not have the break pads for this vehicle, so it needs to go back into some shop for those. The sunroof was opened (after being told NOT to open as it does not close), and obviously the sunroof is still open today and will cost a couple thousand dollars to repair back to operating condition. All of the above items are repairs/damage created by the service department and need to be fix by Ford at their expense. We were also told that some of the items Ford broke were items that your service department could not fix anyway, so why not send the truck to someone with the skill and knowhow instead of further breaking the vehicle. We have lost time and money and are left worse off than when we began. More

I end up having to pay for rental car up front they promess me a refund after 4 months I'm still waiting, we have called Henry and Jesus at service department and no vary will take the time to refund our money. If I could give zero starts, I would. I brought my car (Ford Fiesta 2013, less than 40K miles on it) to this place end of June with a power issue (car losing power, especially on hills). They changed the clutch and charged me almost $3000. The problem was not solved. At the end of July, I brought it in again and they said there was a problem with the calipers and they needed to be changed. After I complained, they did not charge me for that, but charged to change the pads on the breaks. So, at this point I have spent almost $3600 and the problem hasn’t been solved. I brought the car back. They did not test the car when I said they had to in order to see the problem (in the morning, on a hill). So the car was on the shop for 2 or 3 weeks and nothing was done because they didn’t see the problem I was having. Since they didn’t know what the problem was, they had been waiting to hear from Ford. I needed the car, so I had to take it back. Today, driving on a hill in the morning, the car almost didn’t make it! I called them again and they say that they haven’t heard from Ford yet, so there is nothing they can do. It has been 4 months already and I can’t use the car properly! I don’t want to bring the car to another place and pay more to fix the car since I already paid for something that hasn’t solved the problem, so Ford needs to fix it somehow because I might have paid for something that didn’t even needed fixing! I am not sure what to do at this point. I don’t want to wait forever and keep being brushed off. Do you know your cars or not?? Where are the specialists? They have been waiting to hear from for Ford for more than 1 month now! More

The Service Advisor asked what I need service with and if I have any questions, he listened and explained in detail what I had asked; he also provided me the cost before leading me to the waiting area. Also, the guy who was outside when you drop off your vehicle was very polite, asked if I needed a ride to my work and the female employee who checked me in was very prompt =) When I claimed my vehicle, my Service Advisor had my car washed!! They charged me over $1,000 for this work with terrible customer service and communication throughout the process. Steer clear of this dealership. More
