When we arrived to pickup my husbands truck he went out to get in it and it would not start. He walked back in to tell Trina, the Service Advisor that it would not start and she threw her hands in the air to get in it and it would not start. He walked back in to tell Trina, the Service Advisor that it would not start and she threw her hands in the air and screamed "I can't take it!!!" and told him he would have to come back in the morning and speak to the Service Manager. This was before he said a word to her. He went back the next morning and spoke to Greg, the Service Manager and he said he would look into the issue. They called him back later in the day and said they had accidentally programmed the new fuel module to E85 instead of regular unleaded gas. As someone who works in Customer Service I found her behavior abhorent! More

I feel like we were taken advantage of, we were told at the Kia dealership that our payments would be what we needed them to be. When we got to the finance lady the payments were suddenly $50+ more per mon the Kia dealership that our payments would be what we needed them to be. When we got to the finance lady the payments were suddenly $50+ more per month and supposedly there was nothing they could do. We have excellent credit and had invested what out interest rate should be, but what we got isn't even close. The salesman should not get a bad rating the finance people should because they are taking advantage of people and making the whole dealership look bad. More
