Please read my rating of the service provided. The staff was friendly, but it took 3 hours to do a 1.5 hour job. I had to ask what the holdup was. Not pleased with the lack of communication. Quick service, Ginger was very helpful and very nice. The money is reasonable for the service that is needed plus you can trust that the job will get done the best way they know how. I've bought 2 new cars through Shottenkirk and their sales and service all around was always nice and treated me well. I would give Ginger Chapman 5 stars for her kindness and being very helpful answering questions, I needed to know and doing it very fast as well with a nice smile to make you feel welcome. More
