I had to wait an extra hour after getting my oil changed for Kalen to look at a dent on my truck. He quoted me $2000 for a small dent. He did not arrive at work on time. And then kept my truck for over an h for Kalen to look at a dent on my truck. He quoted me $2000 for a small dent. He did not arrive at work on time. And then kept my truck for over an hour. That is very disappointing. He had told me over the phone that the repair would likely between two to $300. And then he gives me a quote of at least $2000. That’s ridiculous. More
