Kevin is the very best service advisor we have ever met. He alerts us as to what may need to be replaced down the road but does not use scare tactics. He is always mindful of our budget. Waiting 80 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation appointment is ridiculous. I know you have the timers however you should have oil changes and tire rotations well under an hour.
