Overall good experience but I was completely lied to about what my payment would be prior to extended warranty and their shottenkirk service plan. I was told my payment was 770 then discussed their serv about what my payment would be prior to extended warranty and their shottenkirk service plan. I was told my payment was 770 then discussed their service plan and they tried to get me to pay 850 a month. I told them all along that I wanted my payment to be in the 600s so 770 was already a stretch. I was told extended warranty wasn’t a thing and that the shottenkirk service plan was the only option to get more than 36k mile warranty. They said they would give me the premium service contract while leaving my payment at 770 making it seem like I was getting it for free. Looking through my papers I noticed I was paying 10k more than purchase price then noticed there was one line for service contract then another few lines for shottenkirk service contract. I asked what the charges were & then it was revealed that 3100 was the extended warranty that “didn’t exist alone” a few min prior and $6900 in shottenkirk service plan that included all oil changes, nitrogen in tires, nail in tires, window chips and minor exterior dents. Not at all worth $6900 in my opinion. ESP since it wasn’t disclosed to me that I had another option. Once figuring out the truth they removed the shottenkirk plan and left only the extended warranty which brought my payment down $100 to $660 like I initially asked for on arrival. Just sucks you can’t trust them to be truthful or look out for your best interest financially More
