It started off rocky but was completely turned around! JR made sure my initial appointment for my door handle repair was taken care the next day within an hour. I am pleased with the actual mechanical service, I got an oil change and tire rotation. This service was in and out within an hour, great. However with this being my first time for service at this dealership oil change and tire rotation. This service was in and out within an hour, great. However with this being my first time for service at this dealership I was not aware of what I needed to do to initiate my interactions with the dealership. I pulled up outside the service drive, not knowing I needed to drive into the service lane. I sat for a while until I called the dealership and asked what I should be doing. Once instructed to drive into the service lane my service started and it was fine. I did ask for the car wash offer as I had an email coupon, I mentioned it in my reservation and to the service advisor. I go to collect my car and it was still dirty having not been washed. A simple thing to miss, but also annoying it was missed because of how simple it was to remember. I put a note in the reservation and told the advisor when I dropped it off. More

I went to the service to get my car serviced and get a couple of items corrected. They were not concerned that this was a warranty job, but instead took my vehicle and completed the service and corrected couple of items corrected.
