I was pleased with the service advisor and the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service (it was only an oil and filter change) but very displeased about the new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage when the prices for the service appears to have stayed the same, thus increasing the 'profit' for Shottenkirk. I'm going to start looking for another place to have my Honda get routine service. More

Justin Gibbs is straightforward and honest. I like his approach to the process. The lady that takes care of the coffee are is so nice. As always, I was greeted with a smile and my concerns were listened to. Scott Rockett, my service advisor made sure that he understood the issues and then checked to be certain that I didn’t have any sch were listened to. I received a call giving me an update and confirming that the plan we had discussed was still good. My driver for the shuttle, was personable and was an excellent driver. It was a joy to ride with him. When I picked up my vehicle things were in order and ready for me. There was no extra waiting and I was checked out in a very short period of time. More
