I needed to recharge my car AC with Freon. So I called, explained what I needed and stated that I will wait for my car. At that time nobody explained to me that it would take a whole day. Someone must tell them that they have a job because of us the customers. It is the second time an employee is condescending with me at this Shottenkirk location. Change over from technician was not smooth. Previous technician did not give update on car to new tech. Price of ordered part was not disclosed until I got to the service area. Recommendation: If multiple techs have to work on car then there should be a smooth transition of information as to what is required. If parts have to be ordered then a courtesy call with price would be great, so that the customer can plan accordingly. More

My Honda was in 2/23. I did a service and their inspection came back okays I brought it on 3/22 for a recall and they found several things wrong in their inspection. I went for the door edge color matched protector. When I got to my vehice the top if the edge protector was pulled off.
