My 2023 CRV had to have the fuel door replaced as the factory spring was making it destroy itself every time it was opened. Dealership sent it to an independent shop for replacement. In the end, it works fine, has a different, with less tension as the spring is totally different. That’s great! But the shop they used couldn’t match the paint. We are afraid the incompetent shop would have to blend the quarter panel and roof rail so I will have to repaint it myself so it will match. They left polishing compound on the trim as well. I had thought the horror stories of this dealership were an exaggerated but now I see they are fact. Once our included oil changes are completed we will never buy or service a car with this company at ANY of their locations. Sad that Jerry Damson sold to these people. More
