I bought a 2013 civic and was encouraged to get a dealership oil change and I had a tire pressure warning after tires were checked. Made appt online for Bob wallace location. I pulled up to window where a man sat and was not acknowledged for several minutes. I started to get out. Man then came to car window. Asked me what I needed and mentioned light first... he did not let me finish and said go to a tire place and walked away. I was in shock so rude and just blown off. I left. My brother made me promise to use honda service, and he was more upset....well...won't go into detail. I've used dealership service in the past. I wasn't greeted, or even allowed to finish my request. He did say "we charge alot for diagnostics" then said go to tire place. Ultimately did that. Cleared the error, no charge, but did not get Honda oil change. I will try university drive location and make appt in person or by phone. I believe I was perceived as an "old woman" whining about a warning light. More
