This is my second car purchase at Sierra Honda of Monrovia and their team is always ready to shine! I had been speaking to one salesperson by phone, however, he was not there when I arrived. I spoke to the receptionist, Karen Goodwin, about this concern and Karen was able herself to help me lease my new CRV! Karen seemed fully knowledgeable regarding the whole process. In fact, when I went to see the Financial Manager that was a woman as well, Isis Guerrero. This was a welcome change for me, as an Board Member of the American Association of University Women, to be doing business with other women in the automobile field. What a welcome concept! Also, the experience ended with a fun touch. I was given a series of photos set to music of myself and my new car!
