From our first conversation to the day I picked up my truck, he made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. He kept me updated every step of the way, always proactive but never pushy, and treated my time with real respect. I was purchasing from out of state, which could have been stressful, but Eric made it completely smooth. He sent regular updates, checked in often, and honestly treated my truck like it was his own.
