She was forthright, timely, answered every question and was NEVER “pushy”. We did end up buying a vehicle and the entire process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. To save us time, she gathered information in advance so that most of both our trade-in and new vehicle paperwork had been started saving us time even though she didn’t know if we were going to buy the vehicle or not. .
