Sales-people that aren't trying to push a sale Eric Morales, was the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was looking at a used Tacoma, but I lived 3 hours away from the dealership. Eric sent me pictu Eric Morales, was the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was looking at a used Tacoma, but I lived 3 hours away from the dealership. Eric sent me pictures and videos of the vehicle and most importantly, didn't push the line: "Come on down and take a look at the vehicle". I found this very considerate, being as I didn't live close enough to go visit the dealership any time I wanted to. I'm not big on buying anything sight-unseen, but surprisingly, Eric provided me with all the information and pictures I wanted and needed on the truck to the point, that I actually felt comfortable buying the truck when I went and looked at it. The day I showed up, I anticipated finding something wrong with the truck that Eric hadn't mentioned or seen; and yet, I didn't. I ended up purchasing the truck and do not regret it. I normally despise dealerships and sales-people, and go into the process ending up having to to be rude back to the sales-people for them to back down on being pushy and forceful with their sale. Eric was very much the opposite of that. Eric recognized the immense challenge of coming from far away to purchase the vehicle and wanted to make sure I didn't waste my time visiting the dealership to look at a vehicle that was not truly what I wanted. More

Rude service advisor who talked distrespectful to me. Came in 4 routine oil change. After oil change & got home found leaking oil all over garage floor! Brought back in & was assured it would not leak again. Next morning I had more oil on garage floor! Brought back in again & was assured I did not need a new oil pan & tech drove it & would not leak again. This was a Saturday. Sun morn more oil on garage floor! Monday brought back in & now was told needed a new oil pan! Mr Pena then talked down to me. He should NEVER have a position where he interfaces with customers. I promise u, I will never buy a car there again nor will I be back in ur service department again! Mr Pena does not deserve any rating from me as I could not rate him low enough. He is on a fast track to ruining what was once a top notch dealership! More
