Feel like I was lied to Set up an appointment a week and a half before. When I arrived for the service the person who made my appointment could not find me in the system unt Set up an appointment a week and a half before. When I arrived for the service the person who made my appointment could not find me in the system until I went out to my car and got the business card that he wrote everything down on. He the magically found me but then spent 5 minutes typing everything in. He then told me it would be one and a half to two hours because one of his tecs called in because his kid was sick and the other one was in a car wreck and couldn't come in. I personally think that he didn't put the appointment in correctly and deside that I was stupid instead of being honest and saying that a mistake was made and making it right. More

They have found a few things that prevented problems, like our tires getting bald and why our battery went so fast - hot Arizona (2years). Their computer pricing and printout is glitchy, but when I did the figures and found their stuff it was correct and they are working on the minor glitch. My vote is out on whether they see the effects of the battery being low on a Prius C for a while, so once in a blue moon we have an electrical problem in our passenger side window - used to be our GPS and starter, but they fixed that long ago, just monitoring our door. :) - may not be their fault at all, more electronics, the more that can go wrong - and heat is a factor. Oh and the original price without tax was quoted more than the full price, from the glitch - nicer surprise since less is always nice. More

I have always enjoyed their sales department by the way they establish a relationship first and I have dealt with this dealership for over 12 years. I have always enjoyed their sales department by the way they establish a relationship first and then talk about cars. They make sure your get what you what not what they want to sell you. They also give you more than a fair deal on trade-ins and cash values for cars they buy from you. IF Toyota had a car I wanted I would be buying from them. Unfortunately Toyota redesigned the Avalon out of my appreciation for their dash/interior. I stayed n the Toyota family by buying a Lexus. More
Service guy was condescending , arrogant and not totally cor He told me my problem with the sensor is I did not activate the parking assist.
