GeorgeK battery My battery was almost 8 years old and severely corroded. I got most of the corrosion off with baking soda and discovered the positive terminal connect My battery was almost 8 years old and severely corroded. I got most of the corrosion off with baking soda and discovered the positive terminal connector was beyond redemption. So I took the car to Sierra Toyota for a battery and connector replacement. There I met Mr. Humberto Peña , the front man for service. I gave Mr. Peña the whole story including my opinion that both connectors would probably need to be replaced. I knew the car was in good hands , so I went home. While at home, Mr. Peña called and said the mechanic said the positive terminal connector was unusable and wanted to double check if I was OK with that. I OK'd that and soon after was advised the job was finished. I took posession of the car and was astonished that the 1 old connector was in a "brand new" condition. Outstanding ! I could have gotten the job done cheaper somewhere else, but I'm certain it would not have been this well. Kudos Sierra Toyota ! ! ! More
