We were upgrading to a new Ford Escape and instead of trying to "upsell" us to a higher level model with a bunch of options we did not want this time, he pulled vehicles with just what we wanted. If they don't have what you are looking for, Chris is willing to find you what you want and bring it in. Very few salesman or dealers are willing to do this. They want to sell you what they have. Chris and the managers at Sill Terhar treated us fairly and our buying experience was top notch. We HIGHLY recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

At first I was looking at a low mileage used pickup, but Jeff did extra work t I had a very good experience working with Jeff on obtaining a vehicle. At first I was looking at a low mileage used pickup, but Jeff did extra work to show that I could get a new one for not much more, due to the rebates. I think he also came in early on one of his days off for me to pickup the new vehicle. He also followed up for me when I did not receive the paperwork for the title and got that moving quickly. Everyone should buy a car from Patrick Collins I've had my 1st car, a second hand 95 Buick Lesabre for about 5 years, and the whole time I had it I have admired Mazda vehicles from a distance. One I've had my 1st car, a second hand 95 Buick Lesabre for about 5 years, and the whole time I had it I have admired Mazda vehicles from a distance. One minor fender bender was enough to total my car and get me searching for its replacement. To that end, I encountered Patrick Collins when I entered Sill-Terhar Motors, Mazda Dealership. I came in with specific Mazda 6 to try out. We quickly took it out for a test drive, and after driving it I had a couple concerns about that car. Patrick suggested few others vehicles they had on the lot to try out; a low mileage 2016 Mazda 3 hatchback, and a pair of 2016 Mazda 6's with around 40,000 miles on the clock. I found that the Mazda 3 (while great value) wasn't for me. The 2016 Mazda 6, on the other hand, was very nice, but I had some concerns about the reliability of Mazda vehicles. I have only ever had GM products in the past, and I am just unfamiliar with common problems for Mazdas. To address my concerns Patrick took me to speak with a member of the service department who did establish, to my satisfaction, that current generation of Mazda 6's did not suffer from any particular pattern of mechanical failures (which is what my online research had suggested). This left me with two concerns about the specific 2016 Mazda 6 I looked at (and liked the best out of the cars I drove). First, it was an ex-rental car, and secondly, the car sounded a little rough at idle on initial startup. While it is common for the Mazda 6s to idle at a higher RPM on startup to warm the combustion chamber/catalytic converter (which is stated in the owners manual), I thought that the car sounded off. Almost like the ignition timing was slightly out of adjustment (which is impossible since its computer controlled). In the end, that "rough" idle was probably within the spectrum of what is considered normal for these cars. However, the "rough" idle, combined with its history as a rental car caused me to pass on that car. At the end of that day, while I didn't buy a car from Patrick (because of my concerns with that specific car), I think everyone should. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient, and he is the lowest pressure salesmen I've ever met (seriously, I could easily have forgotten I was car shopping). He is a genuinely nice person, and should I need to buy a car in the future he would be my first call. More
