We brought our car to get serviced here. During the service they switched out our windshield wipers (was not even necessary but okay even though we get charged for this). The first day it rained, the front wipers dragged across the windshield, leaving water streaks. Then I turn on the back wipers and I hear this loud banging noise. Turns out they installed back wipers that are too long, and now the light above the windshield is all scratched up. So far, I have called five different times to find a solution for this - whether it is bringing the car back in (despite the fact that we live 45 mins away), or getting refunded so I can get them fixed elsewhere (and I am not even talking about the damage to the light - just the wipers!!). Every time I have called I have been put through an endless loop of transfers - which ends in either me having to leave a message for someone who never calls me back, or getting disconnected. The fact that I have wasted this much time over an issue that they caused, without an idiom of customer service to show for it, is extremely frustrating. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! More

We have been dealing with the Silver Star Mercedes dealership for 2 years now. Our latest visit was in late morning for a scheduled maintenance on our 2021 GLC300 4Matic. As always, our Service Ad dealership for 2 years now. Our latest visit was in late morning for a scheduled maintenance on our 2021 GLC300 4Matic. As always, our Service Advisor, Vlad Osadchyi handled everything superbly. We saw him right after checking in and were given a detailed explanation about what would occur and approximately how long it would take. During lunch, we were called by him with a progress report. Service by Vlad and the Silver Star technicians is always very competent and professional. We leave knowing that our vehicle has been treated well! More
Bad car sold to me! !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all !!! I bought a vehicle with this dealership in August 2021 and in September of the same year I woke up one day and my GLA 250 couldn’t start and all the svc lights came on. Called my salesperson Victor Babb who was nothing but Rude and unprofessional to me. Needless to say that I had to pay over $987.18. Initially, I was told that the cost was for a new part but then discovered that it's it wasn't a new part ordered!! And it was the same part they repaired but changed me for a new part. This is just was in one month after having this car. Now I’m here visiting my family in Charlotte and my engine light is on and my car is jerking. I bought the car with only 18000 miles and at this point, I’m at 22k miles and I’m having These types of issues i feel like I was sold a bad car that had no work or repairs done to it before passing this lemon on to me. It seems like after the sales no one cares. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Please DON’T GO THERE. It’s truly horrible. After this car. I will NEVER PURCHASE A MERCEDES BENZ!!!!! Ever!!! Also never buy a car online without checking it out ! More

Very dishonest service department. They don’t like to uphold or honor factory warranties on vehicles especially if it’s a major cost. Carlos is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is very diligent in his work. However, some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude and it makes the experience very difficult.
