When we explained that the service person from the dealership we bought our ford from had told us not to rush to bring the pickup in for just the tailgate issue arturos exact words to my husband were “I’m not saying you’re lying but you can’t prove that” which was a nice way of saying he was lying. I do not expect every dealership to all work the same but there was zero compromise or even sympathy that we had gotten not so good advice. I definitely will never return to this dealership. More

I really liked my initial experience with Ryan at Skyline Ford Service Center. However, my experience on 7-16-22 was bad enough that I will never step foot in there again! After a day of conversing with him about a problem I was having, BECAUSE OF THEM none-the-less, he was absolutely 100% Gaslighting me. The definition of gaslighting is; A form of psychological manipulation in which the abuser attempts to sow self-doubt & confusion in their victim's mind. Gaslighters are seeking to gain power & control over the other person by distorting reality and forcing them to question their own judgement and intuition. And that is exactly what he did to me. He was defensive, disrespectful, and deflected any blame on their part even though it was all their fault. More
