Took my vehicle in for a specific problem that I relayed to my “service manager”. Susbsequenyly found out there was a factory recall repair to be done also. The dealership had my vehicle for 4 days, and a to my “service manager”. Susbsequenyly found out there was a factory recall repair to be done also. The dealership had my vehicle for 4 days, and a service technician actually drove my car to his home and back to assess the problem. The factory recall was successfully completed, but the service department could NOT find evidence of my problem and did nothing to solve it - u was just told to ignore the guage that I was following to verify my concern and take it home. It was not cheap, and I still have a residual problem although it may NOT be as bad as before I took the car in for work. Overall, I’m seriously disappointed with this experience and will not ever go back to this dealership if I can avoid if possible! More

You guys charge an unreasonable price. I will never bring a vehicle in there for service. You were going to do front brakes and rotors and 2 tires for $3000. I took it to someone else and I will never bring a vehicle in there for service. You were going to do front brakes and rotors and 2 tires for $3000. I took it to someone else and they’re doing all 4 new tires and brakes/rotors for $1500. Seems illegal how much you try to screw your customers over. Guy answering the phones in service is a xxxxx as well. More
