I understand that the vehicle I am interested in is in high demand, but my experience with Brandy left me feeling like my business was not valued. The vehicle I initially wanted to see had already been presold, which I understand, but she did not seem to be much interest in helping me find or secure another similar vehicle. I’m not sure whether my experience was influenced by racial bias, but I left feeling unwelcome. I chose this dealership because it was the closest, but based on this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
