Don't go anywhere else! My husband and I have been buying from Smithtown Toyota for over 7 years now. We have leased 3 cars and now purchased a new Sequoia. Paul has always been our salesman. I use the term "salesman" as a formality because buying a car from Paul feels like buying a car from a friend. He is honest and trustworthy and truly a pleasure to work with. He doesn't have the typical "salesman-ey" personality that you see at most dealerships. That is why we always come back to Smithtown. Now that he is the sales manager we used Trish for our most recent purchase. She was also a pleasure. She made herself available for all of our questions and needs. Everyone at Smithtown has been great, right down to the service department. They also had the best pricing on the vehicle we wanted. We never have to haggle or worry about hidden fees in the paperwork. When you sit down with the finance person everything is exactly the way it was laid out with the sales person. This is something that is hard to find at a car dealership. Instead of it being a stressful experience it is an exciting one, as buying a car should be. I plan on keeping my new Sequoia forever but one day when I need another one I will definitely go back to Smithtown. More
