I needed a replacement pickup and saw that Toyota has a model that fit my requirements. I called Smithtown and got Ben on the phone. My wife talked me into an automatic and I went back to Ben and presto-change the paper work was redone and I picked up my new vehicle the next day no problem. It is a pleasure dealing with friendly professionals. Another person who deserves praise (I don't know his name) works on the desk but when I came in to finish the deal Ben was not in yet this man started helping me complete the transaction. (He remembered my name without asking). When I was finished with Stacie Ben showed me my new pickup, gave me the keys and showed me again the controls and all the goodies.
