I am very loyal to Smythe Volvo, am driving my third Volvo purchased there. Lovely people, very skilled staff and technicians. I admit, however, to being a little annoyed that the Dealership is now havi Volvo purchased there. Lovely people, very skilled staff and technicians. I admit, however, to being a little annoyed that the Dealership is now having the Customer absorb the processing fee for using a credit card for Service Department charges. I think that Smythe could absorb that fee as a 'good faith' cost of doing business. Just an annoyance, it won't keep me from returning for service or sales. More

Friendly service and they got the problem presented fixed. The service manager was great too! She was genuinely interested in identifying my issues. Somehow my car’s computer got messed up though.
