Shaun was great. He was very friendly and seemed to adjust his responses to our personalities. This made it very good process and made us very comfortable throughout. He also was extremely accommodating and seemed to roll with it easily when we had to keep stepping out for our kids. In addition, after the sale he made sure we were completely set. He continued to offer support and information as needed. He also did a great job with all the little things, like wishing me a happy birthday, having my favorite radio station on when I picked up the car and jumping to help when I needed help figuring something out hours after I had picked up the car. I would happily recommend him to anyone. More
