Time is precious. I did my my best to respect your time. You and your dealership wasted a great amount of mine. We made arrangements for our children and drove an hour and 1/2 through traffic to get to ou You and your dealership wasted a great amount of mine. We made arrangements for our children and drove an hour and 1/2 through traffic to get to our scheduled appointment. At no point did you share with me that there was someone else scheduled to test drive a vehicle that had been in your inventory for over 2 months. You pressed me to come as soon as possible on Friday because you knew that there was someone else that arranged to drive the same vehicle we were looking at. When we arrived for our appointment you made us wait for 45 minutes because someone else was already test driving the vehicle. However, the sales consultant, Alon Katende, lied and said the reason we waited so long to drive a vehicle we had schedule several days in advance to drive is because they had to “get it out of storage”. At a minimum your dealership lacks a common courtesy to not waste people’s time but more disturbing is that your dealership deceived me so that you could close a deal. The manager expressed the dealership policy of “first come, first serve”. I am thankful we did not purchase a vehicle from your dealership. More
