My husband and I test drove an XC40 a few days before Christmas and drove off the lot with our new car before the new year. Bob Cerza was wonderful to work with throughout the process, Derick was very t Christmas and drove off the lot with our new car before the new year. Bob Cerza was wonderful to work with throughout the process, Derick was very thorough with going over all of the features of our car, and Howie in finance was very patient as we considered the different options being offered. All in all, our experience at Smythe was great. One of the easiest car purchases and best experiences we have had buying a car in over 30 years. With just a few days remaining before Christmas I called Smythe Volvo and it was my good fortune to speak with Patrick Ruane, a gentleman and a true professional! Patrick assisted my wife and myself in the Smythe Volvo and it was my good fortune to speak with Patrick Ruane, a gentleman and a true professional! Patrick assisted my wife and myself in the purchase of a Volvo XC 60 SUV. He brought the car of our choice to our door for a test drive. I posed many questions to which he instantaneously responded - he knows his product. Thoroughly impressed with the automobile we asked if he might rush the transaction through so we could have the vehicle before Christmas. Patrick is a man of his word and detail oriented, he took care of all matters and personally delivered the car as promised Christmas Eve. In addition, Patrick has arranged a tutorial for us that will address the many safety and entertainment capabilities of our car.
