Two weeks prior to coming to this dealership, I drove 2 hours to another dealership in Mt. Laurel, NJ and had the absolute worst experience. The salesman barely made eye contact, was quiet for most the test drive and did not listen to my questions or concerns about the vehicle I was interested in. My friend sent me the link of a 2016 Fiat 500X at Smythe Volvo and she offered to go with me for support. As soon as we walked into this dealership, we were pleasantly greeted by everyone we encountered. Eric greeted us warmly with a smile, handshake and asked questions to get an idea of why I was interested in the Fiat. He listened to me and said let's take it for a test drive to see if it would meet my needs. I felt no pressure or nervousness during the test drive because Eric was engaging and very knowledgeable about the car. The test drive felt like I was driving around with two friends. I knew this was the car to buy. He genuinely listened to our thoughts and answered our questions that my friend and I had about the used vehicle. Eric was a joy and pleasure to meet and work with. He went above and beyond which made he feel comfortable in my car purchase. When we came to pick up the car, he made sure we had everything and thanked us for our business. Ask for Eric and you will walk away a happy customer!! :) More

Couldn't ask for more - and didn't have to I bought a used car from Smythe. Not even a Volvo. It was the single best car-buying experience I ever had. And it was topped off by the fact that the I bought a used car from Smythe. Not even a Volvo. It was the single best car-buying experience I ever had. And it was topped off by the fact that they took it upon themselves to repair the brakes even after I'd driven off the lot. I'd handed over my check and was set to go when they said I should bring the car back tomorrow because they hadn't completed the oil change. Apparently a filter hadn't yet arrived. When my daughter brought the car back, they took it upon themselves to do a brake job too. It wasn't something I asked for, nor did I expect. I suppose it's possible that the pads were dangerously thin. Doesn't really matter if you ask me. The point is they took on the obligation (and expense). I got the benefit. Thanks Smythe. More
