No Desire to Help I came to the dealership because my family has owned Volvos for years and I was looking to buy a new XC90 for myself. In my pursuit to buy a car, I was told it would take only a few minutes for someone to help me, but eventually left after waiting an hour and a half for help. I was surprised and very disappointed with this awful customer service experience. Definitely do not recommend Smythe to anyone looking to buy a Volvo More

Only seeing the car from pictures and the Smythe Web Site, both were readily available to help answer any questions we had prior to our decision to move forward and lease the car. When we went to pick up the car Emilia Paladino provided us with an excellent overview of the cars features, setting up many of the electronic functions available. She has been a great resource and has answered any and all questions we have had since we picked the car up. Over all we had a great experience with Smythe Volvo and their team. More

Smythe Volvo certainly cares its clients and arranged its staff to pick up the car from my home and sent it back after the service was completed.
