Greatest people working at Smythe I was panicking as I had a bubble in my tire on my new XC60 I had recently leased from Smythe Volvo. I called my sales person, Steve Badian who remin I was panicking as I had a bubble in my tire on my new XC60 I had recently leased from Smythe Volvo. I called my sales person, Steve Badian who reminded me that I had purchased a tire and wheel policy and that all would be alright. Within the hour I received a call back from Steve who scheduled an appointment with Dennis Jeffries and I brought the car down the next day and it was fixed without an issue at no charge. Our trip to Smythe volvo was great. We were very unsure whether or not a car from Volvo was right for us and Bobby did everything he could to help us find the right car. If you have a chance to ask for DEBORAH AMSTER, please do so! She was so kind and efficient, knew exactly what we wanted, answered all our questions quickly, and most importantly wasn't high-pressured. Debbie delivered the car to our front door. Paperwork was seamless, no price changes, just straight-forward and quick. Even weeks after we leased a car Debbie was so helpful, she is always just a call or text away to answer all our questions. Volvo XC40 I went with my mom to buy my first car and our salesperson in the past has since retired. Fantastic dealership experience; great team @Smythe! Eric was extremely nice and patient with me as I struggled with Geico due to their system issues. He actively tried to help me with them, and even tho Eric was extremely nice and patient with me as I struggled with Geico due to their system issues. He actively tried to help me with them, and even though we were way past our time slot by the time we found an alternative, he ensured the paperwork was done the same day with little wait post our slot, and we get the car. He was very friendly, cracked a few jokes and told personal stories to keep the good energy as we dealt with insurance provider issues. The entire team was very courteous, provided us all the necessary details and took care of even the very minor glue marks on the car right on the spot to ensure I get a stunning new Volvo S60, and the plush experience of personal touch and care. Emilia was very polite, helpful and provided an amazing walk-through of technology & features in the car, and ensured it was set to our preferences before driving it out of the dealership. The delivery experience was fantastic. The flexibility that was demonstrated to ensure things went smoothly for me was phenomenal. The dealership was very clean and peaceful, and waiting inside was surprisingly easy on the mind. I definitely found my overall experience to be fantastic here and am very glad to have established a relationship with Smythe Volvo. More
