She knows her business; thinks outside the box to create value in your particular deal; and gives 110% of her time and energy to your transaction, before, during and after the deal is closed. She makes herself available for questions, however stupid, by phone or text and explains every aspect of the car's function and performance characteristics clearly and patiently. After 5 BMWs (purchased as well as leased), I was planning to look at the new BMW, as 3 other cars besides the Volvo. After 30 minutes with Debra at Smythe, I didn't bother going anywhere else. More

Paul Leary spent a lot of time helping us understand all the new technology and arranged the loan of a similar vehicle to the one we were buying; so, we did not miss our skiing trip to Vermont over the President's Day weekend. We were able to test drive for four days a car very similar to the one we were planning to buy. That seemed very generous to us. We found the service of everyone at Smythe to be friendly and helpful.
