We sat down like two gentlemen and discussed options and made such a seamless transaction... I'm ready for my next purchase already...just off my experience with Eric!! Great Service As Usual I brought my 2011 Volvo S60T6 in for a warranty repair. My service advisor was Dina Thomson who handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. The repairs were complex and required that my vehicle be at Smythe for almost 2 weeks. I was given a 2019 XC60 as a loaner which softened the blow. The repairs were performed by Casey Keppler who went over and above to insure that everything was working perfectly. The service department at Smythe is the "gold standard" for any dealership. It's always a pleasure working with Dina and Dennis Jeffers. More
