Outstanding Service I hit a pot hole and my tire was destroyed. After being towed to Smythe Volvo, the service advisor, Doug MacAdam (who was very busy at the time) told I hit a pot hole and my tire was destroyed. I had tire insurance which I bought when I purchased my car and it requires filling out forms in some detail. Doug took care of the whole process despite being very busy.
