I fell in love with the XC40 and ordered it, knowing it would be a 3 month wait. The car came in right when expected. My salesperson, Deborah Amster, was warm, professional, caring, and accessible. She answered all my questions and always followed up on any outstanding questions. The financial rep, Kevin Bergeron, was great as well. He locked us into an excellent rate for the loan. Picking up the car was also a great experience. In the past, picking up a new car has always been painful and slow--taking as much as 3 hours. Volvo was a completely different experience. I am so happy with my new Volvo! More

Quick and Efficient I stopped by Smythe Volvo's service department on a Saturday afternoon for a broken piece on my XC40. Mike Watson looked it over and told me he would order the part and call me by Tuesday. As promised, on Tuesday the part was in and ready to be installed. They put in a really nice loaner since I also asked for some other things to be looked over and reviewed. My car was ready to go the following day and ready for pick up. As always, there was excellent customer service with Smythe Volvo and everything was taken care of promptly. More
