I am very loyal to Smythe Volvo, am driving my third Volvo purchased there. Lovely people, very skilled staff and technicians. I think that Smythe could absorb that fee as a 'good faith' cost of doing business. Just an annoyance, it won't keep me from returning for service or sales. More
