Stand behind their product I have a Volvo S 60 that was burning oil. It is out of warranty. Quick and Efficient I stopped by Smythe Volvo's service department on a Saturday afternoon for a broken piece on my XC40. Mike Watson looked it over and told me he would I stopped by Smythe Volvo's service department on a Saturday afternoon for a broken piece on my XC40. Mike Watson looked it over and told me he would order the part and call me by Tuesday. As promised, on Tuesday the part was in and ready to be installed. They put in a really nice loaner since I also asked for some other things to be looked over and reviewed. My car was ready to go the following day and ready for pick up. As always, there was excellent customer service with Smythe Volvo and everything was taken care of promptly. More

Excellent customer service I always go back to Smythe due to the service I receive. I now have a Ford and still go to Smythe for my service needs... They treat me like a "queen" I always go back to Smythe due to the service I receive. I now have a Ford and still go to Smythe for my service needs... They treat me like a "queen" Dina is exceptional and always takes the time to explain everything and go over my car. She goes above and beyond! She calls and updates me with everything. You are fortunate to have her as an employee. I have a Ford dealer by my house but choose to drive to Smythe for my service needs because of the service. More

Steller customer service 2x in one week The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered al The service team at Smythe Volvo is incredible. I was there on Monday and Mike Watson helped me after my car was damaged by a sign post. He ordered all the parts and ensured that they got painted in a timely manner. He went above and beyond when he took pictures of the damage to explain to me what needed to be fixed and why. He even sent me the pictures so I can use them in my claim against the township. He documented his efforts so well that when I came in on Thursday with a flat tire (unrelated to the first incident) Regina was able to check on the parts and get them installed at the same time my flat was being fixed. I can't thank the team at Smythe Volvo enough for making the best out of a bad situation. The service team far exceeded my expectations! More
