These guys are the best! I brought my '99 V70 in for a repair & routine maintenance. Later in the day, Tom Coward called to tell me the car needed more (expensive) work, and he recommended that I not put more money into the car. I appreciated his candor. There was no question that my new car would be a Volvo and that I would purchase at Smythe. (We've been like family for almost 19 years.) Bob Cerza was friendly and patient as he guided me through the process. He explained my" lease or purchase" options. I decided that purchase was best for me. After brief discussion, we arrived at a fair price, and I became the owner of a '18 V90. Kevin Bergeron helped with some final details, then Bob spent "forever" familiarizing me with the features of the V90. I never felt rushed, and he invited me back if I had any further questions about the automobile. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Smythe. More

My Luxury Volvo XC90 Deserves Luxury Details During my first visit to Smythe Volvo, I noticed the professional pinstriping on some of the cars in the showroom. I was introduced to Andres Gomez, w During my first visit to Smythe Volvo, I noticed the professional pinstriping on some of the cars in the showroom. I was introduced to Andres Gomez, who leads the Detail Center at Smythe Volvo. I purchased a gorgeous Volvo XC90 Inscription T6 AWD. I have pride in ownership and I want the very best for my Volvo. Andres is truly an artist with his pinstriping. He placed black and silver pinstriping that perfectly accented the 21" black diamond cut alloy wheels. Andres also placed car door edge guards to protect my vehicle from nicks, chips and scratches. The car door edge guards are virtually invisible. Andres is also an expert in placing the Simoniz GlassCoat for the interior and the exterior of my VolvoXC90. The Simoniz GlassCoat increases the factory gloss and provides additional coverage that you don't get from the manufacturer. I will be seeing Andres regularly to hand wash and detail my Volvo. He was attentive, told me how long the service would take ( and he was spot on!), he washed my car, walked me out, and pulled it up front for me when finished. All the work was completed on time or even early. In addition, I must add that Smythe (& Dennis, specifically) helped me over the phone a week prior, when I was about 2 hours away with a low Oil light. I had no idea where to pour the oil and Dennis walked me through it without judgment. No doubt about it--our next Volvo will be bought at Smythe. More
