He was attentive, told me how long the service would take ( and he was spot on!), he washed my car, walked me out, and pulled it up front for me when finished. Tire Flat; Wheel Damage Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance package from Smythe Volvo. All told, this is probably my fifth or sixth damaged tire and second or third damaged wheel in four years. In all such cases, my service advisor, Doug MacAdam, has nimbly and effectively handled the appropriate repairs, including making all arrangements with the insurance plan provider. He has made this process not only seamless, but easy for me as a customer. Thank you! More
