Reset computer, unlocked valet modeand fixed on call feature Dina, Regina and the service team at Smythe Volvo are excellent. I went in on two separate occasions for my brand new XC90 and they helped me immedia Dina, Regina and the service team at Smythe Volvo are excellent. I went in on two separate occasions for my brand new XC90 and they helped me immediately. Both issues I tried to troubleshoot at home on my own for lengthy amounts of time but I was out the door at Smythe in less than 30 minutes. Best service I have ever had with a car. More

Due to a scheduling change, I was unable to get to the car dealer before they closed to pick up my car and return the loaner. They arranged to deliver my car and take the loaner after they closed. Tire Flat; Wheel Damage Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance Recently, I damaged my front-right tire and wheel on a pothole. At the time I purchased my 2010 Volvo C30, I also purchased a tire and wheel insurance package from Smythe Volvo. All told, this is probably my fifth or sixth damaged tire and second or third damaged wheel in four years. In all such cases, my service advisor, Doug MacAdam, has nimbly and effectively handled the appropriate repairs, including making all arrangements with the insurance plan provider. He has made this process not only seamless, but easy for me as a customer. Thank you! More
