Service Visit Resulted In Leasing My New XC60 Inscription I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years sin I was in the Volvo dealership for service on my XC90 and as I waited I decided to go upstairs for a test drive on the XC60. It had been four years since I purchased my XC90 and all the staff was new. Initially I felt passed around, almost as if no one wanted to assist me. I was eventually assigned to Bob Cerza who sensed my discomfort and proceeded to explain the Volvo process to me. Bob advised that at Volvo they try to keep the customer with the same sales rep for the customer's convenience and since my sales rep was no longer available, I was assisted by Bob. At that point, I felt so much better. Needless to say, Bob was amazing. He has years of experience, he made me feel so comfortable and made it clear that there was no stress or pressure and he would move at my pace. He also has a great sense of humor. After several hours and a test drive I leased my new XC60. Thanks Bob for your professionalism and I will be back for a refresher course on how everything works. More

Each time I have brought my car in for any type of service, th Smythe Volvo never disappoints! I bought my VolvoXC60 from Smythe in October of 2014. Each time I have brought my car in for any type of service, the employees in the Service Dept have always been outstanding. I mostly speak to Tina on the phone (she is personable and very understanding). Tina has consistently helped me to get my car in/out on time, without any disruption to my life! Additionally, when I pick up my car, the service person/tech always takes the time to explain to me the work that has been done. I would highly recommend Smythe Volvo for not only the purchase of a new vehicle but also for any follow-up maintenance that may need to be done. It is unusual to find a dealership that exceeds in both areas of sales and service! And...lest I forgot, I LOVE that the service dept washes my car before I pick it up. This just makes my day! Service people great, car not so much I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping I've had several problems with my new 2017 XC90 and needed to visit service on numerous occasions. They fixed the issues and seemed genuine in helping, but many of the problems came back. I was told it was software issues. Regina went out of her way to help several times. It's nice to feel like you care and you're not just a number. This would be a 5 star review if I had been told the first time there may be updates needed again in the future. You don't buy a $60k car and expect anything needing work, but this is a service review and not the car. So service was friendly and helpful. My only problem is that I think they should let me know when there are updates rather than waiting for me to call them with another problem. Other good things is they clean the car, and if I can't get there they pick up/drop off. More
