I had another plesant experience with the service team at Smythe Volvo. My car was ready in a timely manner and on a very snowy day, they cleaned the snow off my car so I could get home safely. The problem was promptly identified; the special parts were ordered and I was given an appointment that met my schedule. I have had 3 volvos and all have been serviced at Smythe and never once have I had a bad experience. They go out of their way to accommodate you and they thoroughly explain all of the work that needs to be and never once have I had a bad experience. The service center is extremely clean and so is your car when you get it back. I live 45 minutes away and while there are closer dealers I still go to Smythe. More
