I was missing my new headphones 🎧 after this appointment.. I hate to say, they were stolen for certain there.. the car took an extremely long time to complete 4-5 hours.. an old change takes an appointment.. I wasn't sure where to even stand or who to talk to upon arrival... upon entering what I thought was the office I was redirected back outside to my car, the woman wasn't friendly.. wasn't a good experience at all. Worst service experience I have ever had (and I'm 62). They took my car for service and took days to contact me. Their service department does not answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. I had to drive down there to find out the status of my job. Then, the assistant service manager agreed to email me to keep me updated. He would wait several days between my questions and his answers. When I finally told them just to put the car together and call me when it was ready they took a full week to get back to me. I will never use the service department again nor will I ever buy a car at this dealership. More
We purchased two new cars. Daniel was our salesman - very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time to explain how to do things with the high-tech controls and test drives.
