Dean called as soon as he got the one I wanted and I came in that day. By the time I was done with the paperwork he had customized all of the menu options and walked me through each one - from configuring th in that day. This is the second Genesis I’ve bought. I’m so happy that Dean was my agent. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or rushed. We have had nothing but excellent experiences at this dealership. Donnie is the young man who takes care of both my car and my husband’s car.
