Unfortunately, this time I don't think the service techs did everything quoted on the invoice All the tires were supposedly checked but within 3 h Unfortunately, this time I don't think the service techs did everything quoted on the invoice All the tires were supposedly checked but within 3 hours and a driving distance of approximately 5 miles, one of my tires went completely flat. The following day I brought it to my favorite tire shop and was informed that all 4 tires were in bad condition and had to be replaced. How is it that the service department did not notice this and released the car with 4 bad, dangerous tires?! However, when I brought this to the attention of my service manager, Jeremy Davis, he was shocked and immediately looked into it and I am to receive a credit for the mount I paid. I began a claim with my warranty company and this dealership in January. The dealership estimated a 5-hour tear down time to determine the issue causing my heat to not work. The warranty company determined that this time greatly exceeded the actual time needed to perform the diagnostic. The dealership was uncompromising with the estimate, while failing to provide an explanation on the time allegedly needed. Jeremy attempted to assist with the claim and eventually decided to refuse servicing my vehicle and also claimed that the dealership would no longer work with the SilverRock for future claims. Oddly enough, I was sent to the Winn Carson Hyundai dealership, and they were able to complete a diagnostic in less than an hour. The parts are ordered, the warranty company is covering the repair, that’s it. I’m not sure why I had to make multiple trips back to dealership throughout the month, and a sum of hours trying to communicate information between the dealership and warranty company, but it appears that the dealership was the problem. A 4 hour difference in a diagnostic time is significant and in this case, the difference of hundreds of dollars. Winn Hyundai Carson recently opened, yet operates more effectively. If you have an option between the two, I’d go there. More
