Called the night before and Omar was very responsive. We had to drive from San Diego up to LA to snag this deal. We were in constant communication until we arrived. It was such a seamless experience with this guy, and really set the bar to the next level when it comes to customer service. By the time we finished, he ended the day by surprising us with the ribbon on the car. And he said “We gotta make your drive worth it”. We gotta say thank you Omar for making our day and the entire South Bay Hyundai Team. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car with anyone else ever again!!!!
