Very easy purchase process online while being out of town. Car and paperwork was ready when I arrived. Was also able to be great rates on financing which made the whole process easier. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE! !! I had to call to see if my car was ready. I received NO communication as to the readiness or completion of my car. When I dropped off my car I w !! I had to call to see if my car was ready. I received NO communication as to the readiness or completion of my car. When I dropped off my car I was told that I would get a call to recommend any further repairs or issues, maybe tires. NO CALL ever came. After I paid and the car was brought out, I was told that I needed two new tires because they were bald. LITERALLY, just had that car and couldn't tell me when it was getting fixed. So I took the car to Costco and got new tires and it was cheaper and done within 2 hours. VERY poor communication and service, very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. More
