Waiting time was short when Donnie serviced my Hyundai Tucson and I was extremely satisfied by his work. Donnie is very knowledgeable as he answered all my questions completely. I had trouble understanding my additional extended warranty that ended up saving me money. I doubt most mechanics would be willing to take their time to help me like that. He really went the extra mile for me. South Bay Hyundai has a comfortable and large waiting room with wifi for customers while their vehicles are getting serviced. I felt welcome and valued there. My service attendant Nicole Nelson at So Bay Hyundai was awesome! She Was super friendly & helpful, answered all my questions. She quoted 2 hr wait for oil Svc & rotation. She offered free shuttle ride, I d awesome! She Was super friendly & helpful, answered all my questions. She quoted 2 hr wait for oil Svc & rotation.
