I don't think it is possible for a zero star go they get a 1 for the service department and the serviec director as well at the general manager. Absolutely no communication from those people at all after t a 1 for the service department and the serviec director as well at the general manager. I would rate my experience at South Bay Hyundai as excellent. I visited the dealership and worked with Kevin Flores at least 3 times before I purchased my vehicle. Kevin kept in contact with me throughout my visits by email so I was continually updated as to the current status of the vehicle I was looking for. He was very polite and informative and has contacted me on numerous occasions to follow up as to any questions I might have concerning my vehicle. More
