It unfortunately took 3 visits to repair what should have been done in 1. They miss diagnosed on my first visit. Fixed the original issue on my second visit and created a new issue. This is mainly about Sheikh, as we didn't have any interaction with anyone else, except when signing the lease papers. Sheikh was the perfect combination of information and a low-key approach. He allowed us to take an actual test drive that encompassed more than a single block (as was the case with other brands we were driving), and his sense of humor throughout was nice. After feeling pressure to "get this done" across the street at the Honda dealership, it was a welcome change at Hyundai when Sheikh simply put down the prices we were looking at, detailed our options, and left that to us. His quiet confidence in his product spoke volumes, and his complete lack of typical car salesman pressure was very refreshing. As for the car itself, we are impressed with everything Hyundai is doing with quality, safety, and value. Everything about the experience with Sheikh and the car gets a 5-star rating. More
